Miyuki Kawashita

Independent Costume Designer 

 

I graduated from the business department of that university in Osaka, Japan. And I worked as an accounting consultant for about five years in Tokyo.

 

After the resignation, I went to London and then I studied costume design in Central Saint Martins College.

​

I have been active in Japan, London and New York. My work covers various fields including plays, musicals, films, web dramas and photoshoots.

 

And inspired by the costumes of ballets, operas and plays, I launched a fashion accessory brand, "The Miyuki Costume".

​

I held my private exhibition in London and in New York. My art-works consisting of costumes and my brand items were displayed in there.
